Front garden makeover transforming a tired 32-year-old space into a beautifully planted, creative garden that enhances kerb appeal and outdoor enjoyment.

This front garden makeover transformed a tired 32-year-old space into a fresh, welcoming garden with real kerb appeal. Working closely with the clients, the design evolved from their likes and dislikes into a creative, well-considered scheme. The project was delivered in two stages, with groundworks carefully overseen and planting personally timed and installed to suit each species. The result has not only enhanced the outlook of the property but also created a space the owners now enjoy daily, drawing positive comments from passers-by and giving them a garden they are proud to sit back and admire. Five years later Susan designed and planted the back garden including a mini wildflower meadow, which is bringing daily delight to the owners in the summer months to the owners and boosting local biodiversity.

"Our front garden was 32 years old and needed a complete makeover, we could not make up our minds what we wanted. We gave Susan our likes and dislikes and she came back with creative ideas which were discussed and finalised. There were two elements to the build phase, the ground work done by a contractor during which time Susan was checking the progress. The second phase was the planting phase which she personally undertook and was timed to match the correct time for the species. The outcome has exceeded our expectations and has changed and enhanced the outlook to our property, such has been the positive comments from passers-by. Now we are able to sit outside of an evening to enjoy a glass of wine and admire our rejuvenated garden. We would not have got this creativity, professionalism and attention to detail if we had used a landscaper/builder. We would recommend Susan to anyone looking to update a garden."
